Marine Ready Aquariums
Tenecor's Marine Ready aquariums are our "ready-to-run" systems, complete with aquarium, in-tank pre-filter(s), pump(s),wet-dry filter and plumbing components. These setups employ today's most efficient biologically based trickle filters. They are the most flexible filtration system and are ideal for either freshwater or saltwater fish aquariums, and with the addition of our protein skimmer packages, for marine reef tanks. The exact configuration depends on the aquarium model you are choosing and each filtration system is designed to fit in Tenecor's aquarium stands and provide ample biological filtration for the aquarium.
Simplicity+ Aquariums
Simplicity Plus is an aquarium with an "in tank", internal filtration system (IFS) that incorporates physical, chemical and biological filtration of the aquarium water. It’s easy to maintain and ideal for freshwater or saltwater fish tanks; it’s not intended for use in a reef aquarium. The basic configuration of the Simplicity Plus is shown in this schematic which is drawn as if one were looking through the back of the tank. Water is "skimmed" or drained into the filter through filter slots at the top of the filter wall. It is then drawn through physical, chemical and biological filtration chambers before being pumped back into the tank. The filter chamber is not viewable from the front as all components are behind a dark blue or black wall. The size of the filter chamber and number of pumps is sized according to the gallons of the aquarium.

Our aquarium systems come complete with stands and canopies. We have all knds of materials to fit your exact motif. Popular options are Oak, Maple, and Notty Alder with your choice of any MinWax stain, and virtually any finish you would like. For a more modern look choose from Acrylics, WilsonArt Laminates, and Faux Stone.
